Being a period property the Royal Harbour Hotel does not have a lift, however the hotel is happy to assist with luggage wherever possible. For any reservations made on the same day of arrival after 12:00 PM (noon), room access and check-in are only guaranteed from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM. A surcharge of £30 per room applies for late check out past 10am Past noon will incur another £30 charge. Past 2pm and it will incur another night's stay. Please be advised that at certain times you will be asked to self check in with door codes. Please ensure you keep an eye on your messages Please note that during quieter times the main lounge area of the hotel may not be available. Our small car park (4 spaces) is available on a first come first serve basis. No reservation can be made. A deposit may be required at the property.

"A fine stay in ideal location."

The views are amazing! We’ve stayed here before and never been disappointed with them. The room was very small but cosy.

1. We were disappointed to find out on arrival that the lovely lounge area with bar, binoculars and record player was no longer available to use - we have really enjoyed this on past visits. 2. I wasn’t aware breakfast was no longer available - no issue though as we had an amazing breakfast at Ship Shape cafe. 3. There were some big, brown stains on the lining of the curtains in our room - more of an FYI so you can look into.

Convenient location. Easy entry and great assistance upon our later than planned arrival. Comfortable bed and very pleasant shower. Easy and secure entry and the guidance on parking was useful. The WhatsApp messages both before arrival in answering questions and the video assistance for entry were a nice touch.

We tend to forget how much room the dog takes up. The room was a little stuffy and could have done with a ceiling fan. Other than that, it was fine.

"Great stay cation"

staff very hospitable and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Lovely clean room and bathroom and perfect location. Everything mentioned on Booking.com was accurate. would most definitely recommend.

Although curtains were drawn to keep the sun out, very considerate, there was not a fan in the room. However, if we had asked, I'm sure one would have been provided.

A lovely sea view overlooking the harbour. Close to pubs and restaurants. The room was clean and a very comfortable bed. Really enjoyed our 1 night stay.

Expensive parking in nelson crescent but you can park in other streets.

Excellent location, friendly staff, Nice space downstairs.

Room was extremely tight for space for the price. No toiletries in the bathroom. Balcony was only big enough for two chairs.. no table.
