Hotel Point Loma

The property is a great location. Plenty of things to do nearby & easy to get in and out. Right near the water & plenty of stores / restaurants / bars.

The staff was polite and did offer to move me to another room after I brought up my concerns. The location may work for some travelers, but unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet basic expectations for comfort or quality.

I could not sleep the first night because of loud guests, traffic noise, an uncomfortable bed, and a very loud air conditioner. The room was also missing basic items like hand towels and a trash can in the main room, which made the stay feel poorly managed and not worth the price.

Best hotel. I always start here and it never disappoints

The staff was AMAZING! I don't know the name of the gentleman that helped me but he was extremely kind and accommodating. He was the best customer service I've had in a really long time! They have a $10 parking fee for the small lot but assured me I would be refunded if I was unable to find parking. The room was really nice and modern, clean with free coffee, a microwave, and mini fridge. I'm so pleasantly surprised by how much was offered me during my stay. I felt so welcomed and really felt like I got an amazing value for under $100 per night. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel every time I stay in the area, its been the best motel I've stayed at! Thank you so much for the amazing stay here. Really made my trip worthwhile. The man that helped me check in and out deserves a raise! 10/10 experience :)
