The staff was really friendly and that really is the only good thing I can say about this hotel

Everything was dirty literally dust on everything everywhere you go in the hotel was grimy. I have never seen anything like it, you can’t see though the windows because of dirt and bird poo

The receptionists were friendly, dedicated, and professional. Marta, the cleaning lady, was very nice and always smiling, very cheerful, and professional.

The hotel photos on Booking.com were probably taken in the early 2000s. The entire hotel had dirty carpets, dirty walls, and ceilings. The exterior walls were a disaster. The hotel walls were dirty and cracked. The room had dirty walls, carpets, and ceilings. The tables and dressers were greasy and dirty. The windows were very, very dirty. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The only positive is that the people who work there are very nice. It's a shame the owner let this hotel down.

The location is amazing. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the the sea front and the band stand which was so lovely, sitting out there watching the world go by and able to watch the shows on at the band st D. Also all of the staff at the hotel are friendly, approachable and so helpful.

The rooms are slightly dated and tired and could do with a little tlc. Some areas could do with a deep clean. The rooms can be very warm.

We had great views of the sea, rooms for 1 bed suite were massive.

It was far too hot, no A/C just a fan bloweing hot air arpund the room, sleep was next to impossible. Also dated needs a spruce up.

Booked into into 301 had to wait 45minuets, before we could get into our room, only slept their for 1 night due to room being very warm could not open the small window to let the air in. The air con fan was not working properly, and the shower head was dripping all night. We reported this to the receptionist and we were given another room No 129 which was more comfortable.

Not all who wander are lost, but I certainly was in choosing this hotel.

Parting was such sweet relief.
