Great location, bar and hotel in general

Reception staff not very welcoming.

Basically nothing! Only the location.

Room was much smaller than what wwas advertised. It had only a single armchair, even though 2 were advertised. The table and the chairs were not clean, had sand on them. The tub in the bathroom had stains/mold. No air condition. The space advertised for a standard double room was not at all present in the room. I questioned about these things from the receptionist, she was not helpful at all. She gave a us a key card to look into a room that didn't even have a card reader, but a lock which even she couldn't open upon complain. She just tried to play us and make us just accept it. This is the worst ever experience I have ever had at a hotel. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Excellent breakfast and large rooms and bath

I have never stayed in a hotel like this one, everywhere you look there’s dust and dirt, I had a sea view room you couldn’t actually see the view because the windows were so dirty, the hotel is very dated and in all honesty that wasn’t a problem most seaside hotels are dated but surely the house keeping team could clean, even the towels smelled damp. The only thing I can say was good was the staff, I actually felt so sorry for them as I can only imagine just how many complaints they have to deal with on a daily basis, when you pay £110 for a room plus parking the very least you can hope for is for the hotel would be clean, the bath was full of curly hairs the toilet has poo stains, the bathroom floor was terrible and the carpets were the same. there was a air conditioning unit that was almost as old as Jesus had a terrible smell coming from it and the remote control wasn’t working so I had to climb like spider man and turn it off at the mains. the whole hotel needs a good clean, in the dining room the top of the curtains were thick with dusty cobwebs, honestly it would be cleaner to sleep on the beach. Again the reception staff and the lady in the dining room was really nice but the house keeping team and the owners of this flea pit should be absolutely disgusted in themselves and I am a little disappointed with booking.com for advertising this place on the site
