Cavendish Hotel

The central location and sea view were excellent. The bathroom was a good size, but the condition of the hotel room was shabby and needed redecorating with scratched furniture and fittings.

Staff were distracted by other customers who pushed in whilst we were trying to resolve a problem. We felt overlooked and ignored at times.

The location is excellent and a fridge in the room was a nice touch.

The decor was a little tired and dated, two single beds pushed together when I had payed for a double as advertised on the website, in my opinion booking.com need to do more research in that department because you and the hotel have very different ideas of superior and executive rooms.needs sorting out ASAP. Crack in the ciston, cracked floor tiles badly matched, paintwork bad,two single beds,my partner's birthday treat in an executive room !!!£141.50.oh and the WiFi what a joke that was too.pictures say it all.i would find a better place next time that's my advice to anyone thinking about staying here.

Plenty of choice though that was better in Sunday when yoghurt was included .

Desserts really boring works have liked ice cream . Msins had alcohol which were not allowed on current meds, little option if these didn’t suit .

Exceptional value and location , staff are fabulous
