Location was ok if you have an event in the event centre of the city. Not far from the sea nor the city centre, on a hill so good wind too. The booking description was ok, there was een a bathe in the bathroom so great.

There were 2 discotheques, right under my sleeping room so impossible to sleep up until 04am, I think this is not only unacceptable, but I would recommend Booking.com to remove this hotel from their offer. The hotel did immediately send a message to announce a change of management and possibly a bit of noise, so I asked to have a room as far away from the noise, and they gave me a room right up the two discotheques, I could literally feel the bass vibrating my bed all night long. They refused to change the room. This was the single most horrible hotel experience in my life.

We liked the location close to the park & beach, but most of all enjoyed the live entertainment in 1812 club within the hotel,it was absolutely fantastic, furthermore a mix of age groups from young to old a really friendly atmosphere in there . Please don't ever stop the live entertainment there it really is a big bonus for people staying there .

My only problem was the TV in my room 306 did not receive a proper signal so were unable to use it for the 2 night stay there . Not good if you had to stay in for the evening .

Short walk to beach. Nothing else good to say other than cheap.

Old, smelly, grim, depressing. Get the impression used for homeless over winter. Not a nice place. Facilities decrepid, whole place on its last legs. Breakfast was cancelled 2 days before arrival, which in retrospect was a blessing as couldn't wait to get out. Needed to wipe my feet when I left.
