Very substandard shower ... need up dating !

Everything the bar is very nice & there was a fan in the wardrobe 👍

Would be nice if there was a small fridge in your room

Horrendous noise and room vibration from nightclub until 4.30am

The receptionist's efforts to support and address the issue were the sole positive aspect of the staff's performance

The images did not quite align with the reality. The television in the room was not functional, and despite the room amenities indicating the presence of a fan, there wasn't one, making the room uncomfortably warm and difficult to sleep or move in. We requested a room change, which was kindly accommodated by the receptionist. However, the toilet and bathroom in the new room were also not working, necessitating us to sleep in one room and utilize the bathroom in a completely separate room. The hotel did not seem to justify its price, and we were quite surprised to find a charge of 15 pounds for parking, which we found to be rather excessive.

Hotel had superb decor albeit old and parts were in need of updating

We had two rooms, one spacious but had wiring issues with the main light, second room, smaller had an issue with the ceiling where obvs had an issue but poorly corrected. Wiring issues with main light and TV wiring as well as not safe. Rooms need updating and cost really associated with location only.
