All was great except the room temp. It was freezing. All attempts to get warmer didn’t work. We finally had to turn it off. And, this worked.

Beautiful boutique hotel close to the airport with great dining options. Easily walkable to downtown Grapevine. The staff are friendly and helpful. Overall amazing experience. Would definitely book again.

This was a 1-nite vacation for me and my 94 year old mom. We were welcomed by Aimee and presented with a lovely glass of Port as we relaxed in the lobby. The room felt new and pristine. Great shower, coffee machine and view. The beds were comfortable too. We decide to enjoy a martini at the bar downstairs. Mike, the bartender made a great one. We didn’t eat dinner here since there are so many choices down Main St, but will try dinner next time. Great staff and amenities. We’ll be back!

I stayed at the Hotel Vin in Grapevine in March for a business trip. This was my first time in the Dallas/Fort-Worth area, and Hotel Vin offered an excellent accommodation for my visit. I had a late arrival at the property, coming straight from work, and Right off the bat the Valet offered a warm welcome, and got my car checked in. After stepping into the lobby, Téa welcomed me warmly and made check-in easy, gave me the property run-down, and got me set up with my Bonvoy breakfast vouchers and token for an evening glass of wine. Getting to my room, I was greeted with a clean, spacious, warmly lit bedroom, with a comfortable and very usable room and bathroom layout, and view across town. The property is really pretty, and has a spacious ground level patio off the bar, and a roof deck off the ballrooms. Unfortunately, both were closed during my stay because of the storm, but both look like a lovely spring evening when it's not raining. The building seems pretty new, or newly renovated, and it's an overall well appointed property. The food hall on the first floor offered a very welcome surprise of multiple dining options, with quite a few cuisine options, plus a coffe shop, two bars (one is a tikki bar) and a venue. I reached out to the front desk several times during my stay with various requests, and Téa, Aimee, and Emilee, provided attentive care as they helped me with my housekeeping and amenities requests. This was a business trip booked by a client, and at check-out my client and I had some confusion if the room had been billed to their card or mine. Thanks so much to Aimee who helped me at checkout, and to Emilee and and Lauren S who helped in researching my booking, for answering billing questions. I find that service level varies greatly, even among Autograph properties. The staff at Hoel Vin lived up to what I expect from a nice hotel. I would gladly stay at Hotel Vin again.

We had another wonderful stay at Hotel Vin for Valentine's Day 2025. Upon arrival, Lauren was very helpful and friendly. Wonderful atmosphere, with a great trio playing in the lobby, and the DJ at Third Rail was fantastic! Job well done by all!
