The holiday decorations were beautiful, the staff was awesome! The room was comfortable.

Loved the property and the staff was terrific

Stayed to attend the Grapevine Parade. Really wished they had a place for us to be seated to watch the parade instead of having to navigate through the crowds. They had an ice skating ring, multiple photo ops and the carousel right next door. Easy access to the train as well. It is beautifully decorated souring the holidays!

The hotel was decorated for Christmas, it was amazing!

The Hotel itself was great with many things to do both on premise and within short walking distance. We tried to eat at the main restaurant in the lobby of the hotel and it was not such a pleasant experience as we could not get anyone to wait on us after being set down. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Hotel is fantastic. Not too bougie, not too casual, a nice in-between. Rooms are decorated perfectly. The wine theme is great, but tasteful and not overdone. Plenty of food options via the attached food hall. Just around the corner from Main St, where a plethora of shops, bars, and restaurants abound. Really a choice property in a choice location. I have no connection to this hotel other than being a big fan.
