Unclear on closed amenities staff was rude when trying to resolve issue Manager was no where to be found and had a wrong number on their business card

Breakfast was great! Fully stocked and tasted good.

Pool was ice cold, and hot tub was empty. The ice machine down stairs did not work. They charged a $25 incidental fee, no big deal but then my card was charged for my complete stay again.

We liked that The Mexican restaurant that shared the parking lot and how it was close to our cheer competition. The staff was great and we were able to check in early.

The showers never got hot but only like warm. The breakfast hall was a bit small but they accommodated everyone. Maybe it could have been a bit more clean but it worked for what we needed it to.
