This is a safe and convenient option when visiting Kansas City. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It includes a small gym and pool, and lots of options for the breakfast that's included with your stay. My only concern was the cleanliness of the suite itself...lots of debris all over the floor in both the room and bathroom.

It was just okay enough to sleep for 6 hours and then I left

The bathroom was dirty, tub floor trash in the bathroom, the fitted sheets were not even on the bed all the way they were barely hanging on the corners even I struggled to get them on the mattress the rest of the way, I'll never stay at a comfort suites again. 🤬 Very disappointed for the price

NO HOT WATER AT ALL ON FRIDAY MORNING. No Apologies when complained!! Will NEVER stay at this hotel again.
