Cottages on the Green

The room was full of big cockroaches. I had to go out late to the store and buy roach spray. I sprayed the room. The next morning I found about 10 dead roaches all over the room. I have never had this happen anywhere to me. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Horrible experience. There wasn't anyone working that I could report this too and move to a different building.

This is our second stay at Cottages On the Green. We love the central location to Pensacola, Perdido Key and beaches as well as the state and National parks nearby. Close to great restaurants and events in either direction! Great value for the money and the staff is so so helpful and friendly!

I don't know if the people next door were full-time residents or just noisy travelers, but we were awakened several times during the night and in the early morning. There should be some noise mitigation between these rooms.

Love the location and the room in general. Mattresses need an upgrade. We have 2 granddaughters 10 minute away, so, we'll be back

Everything was great with on small exception, the people next to us that had a suite cooked something that smelled really awful and it lingered in our room for a while.

The shower had not been cleaned there was someone else’s hair on the wall. We checked in late so couldn’t do much after flying all day. Check in was great. They called cause the office closes at 5 pm and we landed at 4:40pm. The chair in the room was broken and the toilet was wobbly. You would think if they tell you to leave trash outside they would tie bags on the door. That’s not the case. You can’t use the towels for the beach or to wipe your face, if you use makeup cause they will charge you.

Great time, location was great for the beach and restaurants. Was easy to access leaving and returning from food and the beach.
