Cottages on the Green

The property had beautiful view. The staff was nice and helpful. The mattresses could be updated as ours wasn't very comfortable.

The cabins sit on the edge of a golf course, nestled away a quarter mile from the nearest road. For breakfast or lunch, there is the clubhouse. For lunch or dinner, there is a rustic seafood restaurant about 7 minutes away. This is the place to go when you just want peace and quiet.

We loved how quiet it was. Not far from the beach, grocery stores and restaurants close by. Hidden gem! Great for our family of 4.

The property was nicely groomed! Very peaceful and quiet! I liked that it was close to Perdido Key. I only wished that the room could have had some comfy chairs to sit in. Overall it was very clean and nice!!

Very quiet and peaceful property. Located in a perfect spot. Will definitely be back!

The condition of the property was mediocre. The front door was scuffed and the one dilapidated chair at the front door was ancient and peeling. Inside the beds were fine but there was an unpatched 12 inch circle on the ceiling as well as one in the bathroom. There was a used qtip on the floor. This room had an adjoining room door that you could see daylight through on each side and could hear the occupants in the other room as if they were in our room. There was no hair dryer in the room. I had to go and get one from the front desk. I would put them on the level of a Motel Six. The price sure wasn’t reflected in the property/room/amenities. On day two I found that the windows were unlocked! For the price I paid it was disturbingly unkempt and overpriced. I will never stay there again.

Clean room and peaceful area.

I have stayed several times at Cottages on the Green because it is near my relatives in Lillian. The rooms are comfortable and have been upgraded over the time I have stayed here. It is a quiet location and there is a restaurant on site. Each cottage has four rooms and a central living area. The typical rental is for a room, but you can upgrade and rent the central portion as well, which gives you a living, dining, and kitchen area. This would be ideal for a family gathering where you could rent multiple rooms and the common area for family meals.

The staff was friendly, we appreciated the late arrival packet. I was expecting better manicured scenery. The room was spacious, except for the bathroom. Bring your own toiletries. We could hear our neighbors talking, Clean room, nice bed, overall our stay was good.
