La qualità della colazione.

La camera era surriscaldata e nell'ultima notte invasa dalle zanzare. Il primo giorno, abbiamo dovuto chiedere di "rifare" la stanza, in seguito a un dimenticanza del personale. Per un hotel di questo livello sono infortuni piuttosto gravi.

Really well located to walk the historic centre, shops and park with the added bonus of a view of Mt Etna from our terrace. The breakfast staff and selection was great. Reception were very helpful.

The journey by car was not great as there were hundreds of people on the streets due to a public holiday and our sat nav would not permit us to drive in the hotel road as it is restricted. We had to phone the hotel to find this out. It made our evening arrival stressful. The rooftop restaurant was a massive disappointment. We had booked for our wedding anniversary but no one seemed to know. There was no table set aside for Etna view and even if there was it was very cold outside and they seemed to be catering for a party. The staff worked hard and were accommodating but they seemed to need more staff. The food was average.
