+ das Hotel bietet generell eine besondere Erfahrung + super Frühstück + gut ausgestattetes Gym + zentraler geht es nicht

Das Hotel war sehr teuer, was aber auch an dem Lufthansa Streik gelegen. Zu dem Zeitpunkt haben alle Hotels in Catania die Preise angezogen

Чисто, гарне розташування

Сніданок , випічка не якісна з магазину , зелень була не завжди свіжа. Свіжих соків нема. Ціна не відповідає якості, нажаль. І дуже засмутив ресторан готелю, всюди палять, нема місця, щоб не було чути сигаретний дим. Якщо готель презентує себе високим рейтингом, то має бути розмежування для курців та не курців.

"Worst experience in my trip."

Very poor experience – worst stay of my trip The air conditioning in my room did not work on my second and last night. I called multiple times and was repeatedly told it had been fixed, but the room remained at 27–28°C for hours. After midnight, they finally admitted it was not working and asked me to change rooms in the middle of the night, which was completely unacceptable. The next morning, instead of handling the situation professionally, they questioned my version of events and made me repeat everything again over and over. This felt inappropriate and disrespectful. The way my complaint was handled was as disappointing as the issue itself. I felt that my words were being twisted instead of taken seriously. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.
