Ultimo Mulino Wellness Country Hotel

Placed directly in Chianti region, at the castle road of the Tuscany. The hotel has about 12 rooms and seems to be an old mill. Typical looking as all the beautiful houses made out of stone with plants all over and wooden windows. And this is the minus: you need to take some ear protection with you because you will hear your neighbour sneeze. The bed is also very hard. Those are the only things i would complain about. The stuff (Gabriella) is very kind and friendly, the pool clean with 24°C and the cook needs to be praised!! There isnt anything we wouldnt recommend on the menue!! We didnt search for any other possibility to eat at. Also breakfast was good: fresh fruits every day, handmade pie and excellent coffee. We would definitely recommend the hotel

We were welcomed with a drink and friendly conversation- the hotel is beautiful- the rooms are very clean - the surroundings are Tuscany at its very best- highly recommended

The staff was friendly, the food was great, the rooms were nice and the grounds were peaceful and quaint.

We felt the time there was amazing. We did not expect anything else in the immediate area. Great place to stay and run daily trips from. We went to small towns nearby, (Radda, Gaioa, Siena, and Assisi). The chef cooked up a great meal for us when we arrived, dead tired & late - same day we traveled over the pond.

Not a great choice for Tuscany. Considering you pay almost 150$/night, you get bad service, rude staff, a small room dark and very humid (don't even bother washing anything it won't dry) average breakfast. Their sound isolation is terrible, you hear everyone flushing, talking, laughing ect.. It's located in between hills so you don't have a view and while in Tuscany there are so many wonderful little places on top of hills with breathtaking views and much better accommodations like hotels and agriturismo, I definitely don't recommend this hotel and wish we found availability else where when we booked.

Great setting in the country ...close to nearby villas in the Chianti area. Great wifi . Restaurant and property is stunning

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It is in a really interesting building in a lovely setting, a few kms out of Gaiole - which made it a great base for L'Eroica. The food was very good and the staff really pleasant and obliging.

This ia a quiet hotel ideally located in the heart of Chianti Classico country. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the breakfast more than adequate and the evening food in the restaurant very good. There are a number of dishes with local ingredients and the service was warm and friendly.

Charming building, food could be improved. Good location and good for wine tasting and visiting other towns also.

Booked a room with it's own patio, however, patio furniture was old & cushions were mouldy. Although we booked it for its seclusion, you would need a car
