"Wonderful experience, friendly staff"

We stayed here 2 nights and it was better than we expected, very friendly and helpful staff always eager to help. Wonderful old renovated mill they did a great job on the renovation, even got a vip tour from the owner. Very peaceful and a great place to explore Chianti and Tuscany from by car. Would go back in a heartbeat. They did a great job.

"Friendly small hotel"

We used the hotel as a base for local touring and some walking; a convenient location, near to Radda. Staff friendly and helpful. Room comfortable but rather dark (small windows in listed old building) and dominated by queen size bed (space only for a single chair to relax in). Food excellent quality, though strictly to Tuscan format - and remember to order a dessert, even if you don't eat it, because it's cheaper for a 'combination meal' than for several courses without dessert!

"Quiet relaxing holiday"

The hotel was in a great location, quiet and relaxed. Breakfasts could be taken at a very slow pace over at least a couple of hours. The swimming pool was a good size for swimming. The staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. The rooms could be updated a little.

"Quiet & Relaxing"

We only stayed for one night but wished we had stayed longer. The surrounding hills are beautiful and it is very relaxing to be there. The pool is small but it is relaxing and in a beautiful setting. Breakfast is great! The room could have better air conditioning and we found garbage under the bed.

"Love this Hotel"

Very quite and very comfortable, the food in the restaurant was excellent but just a little bit on the high side. Suggest guests get the breakfast buffet plan because since this hotel is slightly remote you would have to get in your car and drive 10 mins. for a meal.
