Very hospitable staff; nice heated outdoor swimming pool and well-appointed, clean room with great kitchenette. Also- a great location, walkable to marina, market, restaurants, etc. The one thing that was not so great for us was that there was a very strong and unpleasant odor of cleaning product, or something. It was also extremely moist in the room even with an attempt to dehumidify with the a/c on full throttle. Just had a feeling of dampness which we didn’t like much. We didn’t complain so it is possible they might have been able to do something. All told, the stay was ok

Great location

Great location for vacation. Martha Vineyard ferry - 3 min walk 😁. Many restaurants within a 10 min walk. Room (Studio) was immaculate. Staff was helpful.

Great location…close to beautiful Cape beaches and the Island Queen ferries. Enjoyed having the kitchen as we ate breakfast in the room each morning. Also easy location to start a run from.

We stay in different areas of the cape throughout the summer. This was by far the cleanest property I’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen was well equipped. We loved having full size appliances. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The linens were amazing and the bed was comfortable. The location is perfect. Everything we needed was in walking distance, including the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. The property is well cared for and my son loved the warm pool.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced at any hotel stay.

Such a lovely hotel. Right at the marina. Easy check in and very nice efficient staff. Would definitely stay here again!!
