"Excellent Downtown option, and a couple blocks from Oaklandish which was the main draw for me lol :D"

Very friendly and welcoming receptionist, Kenya; room and bed were so spacious and spotlessly clean; amenities were excellent.

The area was sketchier than I'd expected; luckily I'm from similar so it didn't faze me too much : ) but might not suit a less street-savvy person!

Friendly staff, comfortable bed.

Amenities are lacking, phones were down, ice machine broken, the room smelled like cat pee, the bathroom light was flickering. Only one serving of regular coffee and one decaf. No Starbucks or coffee shop around like before. 1
