Carpet grippers around the doors are that sharp coming through the carpet both me and the 9yr old ended up with puncture wounds to our feet causing them to bleed Also still awaiting deposit back from property 24hrs later

The fact it was clean and tidy

There's a step just inside front door but no warning sign so I fell in door need notice for shower bathing doesn't work unless heating is on but apart from that I loved everything else

Over all the apartment was okay inside it was tidy and presentable, Newley renovated kitchen and fairly spacious for a one bed apartment we travelled with 2 small children and we had plenty of space. The kitchen was well equipped and plenty of clean bedding and pillows for our stay. Key was collected from a lock box so easy to get. About 15 minutes walking distance from the main strip which was great for us that we had that option as car parking at the sea front can be expensive. Overall on arrival the building looks lovely, a huge what looks like Victorian building that is well kept. When we arrived the heating had been put on so it was nice and warm, the boiler was very simple to understand and we was able to access the hot water and heating during our stay.

There was a good few down points which is a shame, however the carpets and the Lino in the apartment could do with a change, the carpets are all bumpy and sagging and by the door there is what feels like nails sticking out around the metal trim, my partner caught his foot on this and also my 1 year old caught his knee and cut it, the Lino in the kitchen is all bumpy too asif there’s been a previous leak or something either that or poorly fitted. The shower cubical leaks from the side when in use, the blind cords which hold the blinds together were snapped in places which is dangerous having small children about. The apartment was not sound proofed at all, the neighbours attached were soo noisy all we could here at 12am was their kids shouting and messing about we had to bang on the wall multiple times for them to be quite which it never worked as they was waking up our baby, another guest was sat in the car blasting music in the car park gone midnight smoking cannabis, we don’t blame the host as that’s uncontrollable however it just ruined our night, I think the door could do with an upgrade as the wind was getting through blowing the blinds, one kick and that door would come flying off, also the wooden handrails by the door are completely rotten and unsafe. Unfortunately a few more negatives then positives however I have definitely stayed in worse so overall I would rate it a 6/10.

Lovely property, 10 minute walk from central pier. Spacious apartment with parking, and in a nice street. Very clean and we would book to stay for future trips to Blackpool

The security deposit could’ve been handled better, I had an issue trying to transfer during the trip down due to signal issues while travelling. Would be more convenient to have had email the day before, or if booking.com had handled it with my registered credit card

Location 10 minutes walk to front down hill ho good if you have small kids to walk back taxis ride at least £6 fare depends on which taxis company every taxi I got different prices also no hoover or dust pan and brush? And a tea towel to dry the pots Weekend stay

The apartment was lovely and spacious, was immaculate, and was super easy to check in and plenty of car parking spaces also was very quite area

Was just too far a walk from the promenade Could do with a blind or curtain in the kitchen window
