"Would book again, sensible distance from the front with excellent parking"

breakfast was not included, nice size, well heated and equipped but could be made a bit ‘ warmer ‘ and more inviting by adding curtains to blinded windows.

No window covering at all, curtains nor blinds, to kitchen with very large window and overlooked by a few other properties.

"Nice place to stay"

This is the 2nd time coming to mulberry suite, still a quiet place to stay, we enjoy our stay, the location is really close to the beach and amusement activities - just a 10 min walk. Has parking facilities so no need to worry about parking.

The floor rail by front door and lounge door need tapping down as kept catching feet on them. Could do with more saucepans, bowls and dishes as needed to go and buy some for us to use. There was no hoover or brush to help tired up so we brought our own to help keep the home tidy due to having 2 year old. Overall enjoy our stay.

"Home from home."

The property was ideal location for everything we needed. It was a comfortable place to stay and just felt like home from home. I will definitely be booking this place again on our return to Blackpool.

"Very good"

I liked the property, spacious and comfortable. Location is good, quiet ,peaceful not far from promenade. Staff support was brillant.

The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable.
