According to our new Green & Smart program, Coral Ocean View (as per 16.04.2023) will be converted into “NON-SMOKING” hotel, which means that smoking is not allowed in the hotel, except for one outdoor smoking area adjacent to the Reception, fitted with seating and ashtrays. All other indoor and outdoor areas will be nonsmoking, including pool area, solarium, balconies, restaurant terrace, etc.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. "Funny way of doing business and kill vacations"

We got moved to another coral hotel Apartment was big and had privat pool, staff had good behavior and helpful.

Got moved from adult only to family hotel with less stars. Was not really anything on the new hotel, we had to get taxi tickets to another coral hotel to get the dinner We paid for cuz the new hotel didn’t have half pension. Every morning we woke up with new bug bites from the beds.. beds were packed in seats and plastic bags with don’t help vs those bugs!

The restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk needs training including the manager who would not let us stay 20 minutes past check out rushing us out. The sink was clogged and nothing was done about it. The ac thermostat did not work properly. Mildew in the bathroom.

Everything, very very clean, staff was cleaning room every day, great location, near to the beach and local and bars for night out. Food was great, tasty, various. We had free parking which was very important for us. All recommendations!
