Please note that the credit card holder must be present upon arrival. When booking 10 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. According to our new Green & Smart program, Coral Ocean View (as per 16.04.2023) will be converted into “NON-SMOKING” hotel, which means that smoking is not allowed in the hotel, except for one outdoor smoking area adjacent to the Reception, fitted with seating and ashtrays. All other indoor and outdoor areas will be nonsmoking, including pool area, solarium, balconies, restaurant terrace, etc.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. El personal de limpieza y recepción. Puedes utilizar los servicios del hotel una vez haya acabado tú estancia, incluido piscina y duchas hasta tú salida del hotel. Se agradece cuando debes esperar horas hasta tú salida.

Teniendo media pensión, era obligatorio abonar 4.95 por la bebida. Era barra libre, pero no todas las personas consumen ese precio. Ejemplo: 2 vasos de agua. Tampoco me gustó la calidad de comida. Mucha variedad pero poca calidad.

El personal del hotel es excepcional, nos trataron maravillosamente bien y siempre con una sonrisa. Destacar a Amparo y Miguel que nos hicieron sentir como en casa, pero todos son estupendos. La comida del hotel fue riquísima, mucha variedad y absolutamente todo estaba bueno. Y las instalaciones también muy bien, todo muy limpio y moderno.

No tenía zonas integradas en el hotel para fumadores, solo una zona alejada. Deberían de disponer de una zona más accesible e integrada en las instalaciones.

1. Food options (Im normally very picky) and I always found something that I really liked. I also like how they presented the food. It was done very professionally. 2. Bed and pillows - big and very comfortable 3. Location - walking distance away from all the main beaches and attractions 4. Staff - very helpful 5. Shower was modern and very comfortable to use Would definitely book this hotel if I ever visit Tenerife again.

1. The only thing missing was a smart TV
