Tiszta, kényelmes, jól felszerelt hotel. Bőséges finom reggeli. Kedves, segítőkész személyzet. Minden nap takarítottak, amikor nem kértük , akkor telefonáltak a szobába, hogy van-e valamire szükségünk. Közel van a part, bolt (Spar) stb. Busszal mentünk a reptérről, ami nagyon egyszerű volt, és a buszmegálló a hotel hátsó kapujánál van a túloldalon. Autót a Ceva Tour Car-nál béreltünk, tökéletes volt minden szempontból. Szívesen ajánlom mindenkinek!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Let's start with the location—very convenient, 2-3 minutes from the bus station (you can get to the hotel from the airport by direct bus in 40 minutes). Next, check-in. Very polite staff at the reception, Elizabeth—the best! Friendly, nice, always ready to help. Special thanks to her! The room was spacious and clean, with an ocean view from the balcony. It was very convenient that the room had a kitchen—a mini-fridge, stove, a full set of necessary utensils, and even a microwave! Room cleaning was available upon request, but we didn't use it every day. They cleaned very well. And in general, everything was clean throughout the hotel. We had half board. Special thanks to the chefs! The food was very tasty. Every day of the week there was a themed dinner from different countries around the world. Very nice. Breakfast was the same every day, but there was a large selection of dishes to choose from. The waiters were friendly and unobtrusive. There were enough seats and no queues :) It was a 5-7 minute walk to the beach (we went to El Bobo), and the wonderful Siam water park and large Siam shopping center were nearby. We went to Teide on our own from the bus station by regular bus, which was also very convenient. I would like to mention the hotel's birthday greeting for my son, which was very sweet and nice! My birthday was on the day of departure, and it was also very, very nice that the hotel congratulated me (with champagne) and the staff gave me candy. Thank you very much for a wonderful vacation! My best recommendations.

The only downside was that when I sent a message to the hotel via Booking a week before departure, I didn't receive a reply.

Personnel sympathique, le buffet était correct.

L'emplacement avec un bruit constant à cause de la gare routière juste à côté des bips constant, travaux durant notre séjour nous n'avons pas pu profiter des places de parking dans l'hôtel. Climatisation qui fonctionnait mal, pour le prix nous devions avoir une suite on s'est retrouvé avec une chambre normale, animation le soir déplorable, a 22 h plus personne dehors. Le ramassage des poubelles a 1 h 30 du matin , un boucan terrible. Le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas durant tout notre séjour. Un espace pas de silicone dans notre porte d'entrée nous avons dû appeler pour faire réparer et effectivement ils se sont rendus compte que c'était mal fait. A fuir si vous voulez dormir correctement et avoir un peu d'ambiance le soir.
