I am giving the lowest mark for the hotel as the quality of the rooms was not even close to the one presented on pictures given on booking.com. We arrived late in the night, tired after a long travel through the mountains and a whole day long hiking. The night in this hotel (which on the pictures looked luxury, spacious and clean) was supposed to be our reward. We were given a key to a room on the 6th floor and the first experience after openning the door was... a smell. A smell of a dirty, humid and hot bathroom. The room was really small and dirty, it was difficult to move there. It did not look even close to those presented in the offer. We went down to the reception to show pictures from booking.com to the receptionist and said that it is not the quality which we paid for. She smiled (!!!) and replied "I know." (!!!). That's it. It was so rude and unexpected. She knew that the information in the internet is false and looked like she did not intend to do anything with this situation.But there was a guy there (maybe her boss, I do not know as he did not have working clothes) and told her to give us another room (he behaved as if he was so generous to us to give us a better room although we were apparently cheated). So we changed the room. The "better" one was bigger and at least looked kind of similar to the one from the offer. However, a lot of photoshop had to be done. The room was dirty (windows, brown leaks in a fridge, dirty walls). The bathroom looked even worse (dark-yellow tape around the bathtube, dirty walls, paint disattaching from the ceiling, a hole close to wc, a spare roll of a toilet paper was disguistingly half-yellow). Overall the entire experience with this hotel was a huge disappointment. The offer was false and the attitude of the personel was wierd. I definitively do not recommend this place.

The offer on booking.com show nice spacious rooms. Imagine our dissapointment when we entered small smelly and dirty room on the 6th floor. We went to the reception to complain that it is not what we expected and that they are misleading customers. The receptionist only said "I know. Rooms are small". She didn't even apologize. She simply didn't care. However there was a man there (I am not sure of his position as he had casual clothes but was surely superior to her) who told her to give us "better" room. This room was more spacious with bigger bathroom but was still of lower standard than expected (renovation and cleaning are necessary). I give 2 points only because we got better room, otherwise it would be ony 1.

Habitacion 103 era terible, ruidoso, viejo, la nevera podrida y apenas funcionaba y tenia una infestacion de cucrachas. Durante la noche mate 13 cucarachas, 2 de ellos en mi cama! Llame a la recepción y me dijieron "OK, Vale Vale" pero no ofrecieron otra habtiacion ni hacer nada. Cuando hice la reserva pedi una habitacion en las plantas altas lejos del ascensor. Me pusieron en la planta 1 cerca del ascensor. No me gusto nada.

Ya son tres o cuatro estancias en los últimos años: lo único muy bueno es su ubicación. Lo bueno, normalmente su precio y que tiene A/A (porque es fachada sur con ventanas sencillas). El resto, como una pensión ramplona. Lo siento. Necesita reforma y media.

Yes this hotel is central and we’ll locate however that is the only good thing about it. Our room was so out dated paint work walls very poor, yellow stains on the Celling, curtains not hanging properly. Bedroom furniture chipped and scruffy, bathroom very tatty. It may have been clean but didn’t look it cracked tiles stains on them. Air con did t work, windows balcony paint chipped off. I could hear toilets in other rooms been flushed throughout the night no sound proofing around the hotel. Breakfast very basic can’t say a good thing about the hotel.

Zimmer, Personal, Frühstück in Ordnung. Obwohl wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt für 1 Nacht hatten, werden wir es wohl nicht mehr buchen, da nur kostenpflichtige Parkplätze in der Nähe sind. 24 Stunden Langzeitparker = 9,95 €. Ist zwar relativ günstig. allerdings kann man bei diesem Tarif nicht beliebig raus und rein fahren kann. Ohne Auto in Ordnung.

Sehr gute zentrale Lage/Fußgängerzone, großes Zimmer (Superior)

El personal y el desayuno es bastante bueno, nunca he tenido problemas con ellos en este aspecto. La diferencia de precio entre la habitación estándar y la superior vale la pena pagarla, por la mayor amplitud de habitación y baño.

Albergo vecchio e nn ristrutturato.In camera e negli spazi comuni ci sono buchi e crepe.Le foto del sito sono diverse e ingannevoli per la tipologia camere e arredi..Frigo bar vuoto,phon x capelli non dispo in camera, vasca con tenda macchiata ,una bustina in plastica x bagno schiuma.Odori poco gradevoli nei corridoi e in camera.
