La struttura dell'albergo era piuttosto complessa,occorre fare molti cambi di piani e di colonne ascensore per andate alla camera assegnata.La posizione e eccellente,centrale,vicino a tutti i centri interessanti.La pulizia viene effettuato con correttezza la colazione e' varia,il personale e'gentile.

GreAt location very convenent , close to nice bars , coffee spots etc. . Eill reccommend to friends.

Fint hotel til en fin pris. Værelserne var ikke super komfortable, men ok i forhold til pris niveauet. Morgenmaden var ok. Hotellet ligger centralt med gåstand til det meste.

A szoba amit kaptunk egyáltalán nem egyezett a képeken látottakkal ami a weboldalon szerepelt! Soha nem csináltam ilyet de lementem a recepcióra és reklamáltam! A recepciós teljesen megértő és hihetetlen segítőkész volt! Rögtön refundot ajánlott fel illetve hogy nézzek meg két másik szobát is es ha tetszik valamelyik megkapjuk azokat! A superior szoba megfelelt a Weboldalon látottakal így elfogadtam. A hotelnek fantasztikus az elhelyezkedése de sajnos eléggé ráférne egy nagy felújítás és egy még nagyobb / alaposabb nagytakarítás!

Habitación de tamaño aceptable. Buena situación del hotel. Había alguna bombilla fundida y durante las noches se oye mucho a las gentes por el patio de luces. Una de las noches...sesión de sexo gratuíta durante 45 minutos.

We stayed in a standard double room whilst on a 2 night shopping trip to Santa Cruz. The hotel is only 2* so you can't expect luxury, it was clean if a little tired, and could do with an upgrade. The staff were friendly & efficient. We stayed in rm 403 which is a twin bedded double, the room is a slightly odd shape with a curved wall, which meant that the bed on this side was about 30cm shorter than the one on the other side of the room! OK for us but would be no good for a tall couple! Breakfast was ok, good selection of pastries, fresh fruit, cheese, ham etc, but there are plenty of cafes & patisseries close by, so if we stay again, we'll eat breakfast elsewhere. Location is great for shopping & sight seeing, & plenty of restaurants to choose from. We didn't find the noise from the street too bad at night, but can see how it would be an issue in warmer weather when there more people sat outside til the early hours.

No tiene nada que ver, lo que aparece en las fotos con lo que realmente es. Hice una reserva de 3 habitaciones dobles de uso individual, cuando llegamos cada uno tuvo una habitación diferente incluso habitación simple con cama de 90.
