"Un hôtel correct en plein coeur de Santa Cruz"

L'hôtel est très bien situé en plein coeur du quartier historique de Santa Cruz (donc idéal pour goûter à la vie nocturne, mois pour dormir au calme). Les chambres sont grandes mais l'age du bâtiment se fait cruellement sentir et la literie est de piètre qualité. Le personnel est très accueillant et très serviable.

"No hot water, transfered to another hotel"

On arrival we was informed the hotel had no hot water, so was transferred to one of their other hotels just across the road. Cannot give a review of the hotel as we did not end up staying there, but can say the location is quaint and nice streets to gently walk around passing the time

Muy bien, nos hemos sentido como en casa. Esta muy bien situado, en el centro de Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Se pude cojer autobus para llegar a la playa de las Teresitas.....

Es un hotel muy centrico, muy bien comunicado y al lado del puerto, esta muy limpio, el trato de su personal es excelente, las camas son comodas y el equipamiento adecuado, solo seria conveniente cambiar el mobiliario que esta algo deteriorado y anticuado y la bañera por un plato de ducha que seria mas util, pero aun asi volvere, me ha gustado todo lo demas.
