Pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel. The staff very polite and helpful. Went an extra mile to make us feel valued as customers. We stayed at this hotel with a 1 year old baby and it was a positive experience to all of us. Excellent good value for money hotel in the heart of Santa Cruz.

Nettes Personal und gute Lage ! Man bekommt genau was man Bezahlt. Lieber 20 € mehr ausgeben . Wer keine Ansprüche hat ist hier genau Richtig . Ich hatte das beste Zimmer für wenig Geld . Darum will ich hier auch nicht alles schlecht machen .

Für die Lage und die zwei Sterne TOP! Herziges Zimmer, sauberes Bad, Wolldecken für frierende Leute, sogar ein TV hätte es gehabt sowie eine Klimaanlage. Die Lage ist super Zentral und die Leute am Empfang herzlich und gaben gerne Auskunft. Wieso das Hotel nur zwei Sterne hat? Die Fenster waren seeeeehr ringhörig, es ist nunmal ein altes Haus... Das modernste am Hotel ist zweifellos das Foto der Rezeption ;o) Aber für den Preis kann man wirklich nichts sagen, ich würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Chambre n'ayant rien à voir avec les photos du site. Minuscule chambre avec juste la place de passer une valise en bout de lit . Salle de bain petite et mal entretenue........joints vieux et noirs. Beaucoup de bruit dans la rue. Petit déjeuner moyen Très déçu. Très bonne situation.

I stayed for 7 nights in the hotel. I was in Santa Cruz for the marathon event and it almost felt like staying at the start/finish line. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff. The rooms were average but for the right price. Since I am only using the room for sleeping purposes, there was no problem for me. If a person is used to a five star treatment, I can only advice to look for another hotel.

The Pelinor is situated in the port area of Santa Cruz de Tenerife on a tree-lined pedestrian thoroughfare. It is reasonably priced and the staff are friendly and helpful. You can get breakfast but there are so many bars and cafes in the area serving early morning food. You would be well-advised to get out and see the town. The market of Nuestra Señora de Africa is worth a visit any morning except Sunday. Actually Sunday might be the best day to head over because there is a massive flea market selling everything you could imagine, from dogs to doughnuts, old stamps to Russian sailor uniforms.

We stayed for 7 nights in Santa Cruz/ Hotel Pelinor. Beds were just mattresses placed on wooden frames, very small pillows, no towels changed within a week, poor breakfast, no balcony at my room :( There is a plus for location :)
