Insotel Hotel Formentera Playa

Ubicacion muy buena, justo delante de la playa. Este verano nos hemos alojado en el hotel y, en general, la experiencia ha sido buena. Las instalaciones están bien cuidadas, las habitaciones cómodas, la comida variada y la ubicación frente al mar es inmejorable.

Lo único negativo es que toda la animación y las actividades están dirigidas exclusivamente al público italiano. Viajaba con mi hija de 12 años y los animadores ni siquiera se acercaron a hablar con ella en ningún momento, simplemente porque no hablaban español. Como española, me he sentido un poco fuera de lugar, como si estuviera en Italia en vez de España. Me parece una pena que no se valore al turista local en un hotel ubicado en nuestro propio país.

Hotel is exceptional, good food, lovely staff, very friendly atmosphere and very quiet. Rooms are very clean, as was the hotel. Although the hotel was busy during our stay, there was always room around the pool and in the restaurant. Formentera is a lovely island, easy to get around with local transport, however, as we were a party of four, it was actually cheaper to go to the port for lunch and shopping by taxi (16 Euros). Also visited San Frances, which is also a lovely town, with coffee shops and clothes & gift shops. There is also a couple of supermarkets near by. I would go back to this hotel, although travelling to the hotel is a bit long winded. We went with TUI, after the flight, getting to the hotel is by ferry to the island and coach to the hotel. In all it is about 2 to 2 and half hours transfer time from the airport, but well worth it. For the time of year the weather was 26/27 degrees. You should also be aware that the hotel is situated on a nudist beach.

La falta de enchufes. Teniendo en cuenta que actualmente todo es electrónico, móvil, tablet, reloj, libro, cepillo de dientes... sólo hay un enchufe en cada mesilla y el del baño tiene que estar la luz encendida para que funcione, realmente fue un problema.
