Hotel Casa Dona Susana by Los Arcos

The pool area is lovely and quiet. Love the new coffee maker.

Rooms are quite small and the construction noise next door was all day. There is no place to put clothes away upon arrival. The showers are quite small.

Beautiful space, nice and quiet and the pool was never busy. Nice to have the option of getting food/drink/pool at los arcos but still get to come back to a less busy hotel! And no kids ;-)

The Hotel is a hidden gem. It's close to many restaurants and shops. It's easy to access the beach and the boardwalk. One thing I would say needs more work is that the front desk staff should be more informative about the all-inclusive package per person because my group was confused about where the restaurants were located and what was included in the package. Another thing is that the door in my room didn't work; it locked me in from the inside out and wifi wasn't working.

Love the Los Arcos location and the Staff are the kindest, most helpful most sincere I’ve come across. I hope they are graciously compensated for bringing repeat business due to their superior level of hospitality. I was saddened to learn it’s just another under maintained billionaire conglomerate I won’t return! Fairmont Hotels should be ashamed of the profits vs investments

Excellent service and very friendly staff?

The room was comfortable, although I wasn't expecting the "step up" to use the bathroom. Since I had to use the air conditioner, the light from it was a perfect night light. The bed was comfortable. I liked that it was walking distance to the beach, but I also made use of the pool. Since it was an "adult only" hotel, it was nice to relax without children running around and playing. It was peaceful! The staff were all super nice and did their best to accommodate my needs. Although I speak some Spanish, they were appreciative and understanding if I had to switch to English.

I liked more than I disliked.

Well located for enjoying the Zona Romantica in PV
