Wingate by Wyndham Myrtle Beach At Outlets

The place was ok for the $, but I was not expecting to pay an additional $100 incidental fee when I got there on top of what I already paid y'all for my room the night before. they said I would get it back eventually, but that's ridiculous. That was Friday night. It is now Wednesday and there's still a $100 hold on my bank account.

The rooms are clean and updated, the staff could have been way friendlier. I have worked in hospitality and it starts at the front desk. Also, not pleased with having to contact the hotel in today (October 2) checked out September 14 and they have not released the hold on my credit card.

Terrible. No phone, no iron, no heat, ac on 60 freezing cold. Not very clean. The motel is old and need professional renovations. Bring your own towels, bed linens and cleaning supplies. From the elevator to the room its old smelly and dirty. If you need a place to sleep just for a night, but surely not a vacation destination.

Well-maintained Sleep-Inn with very courteous helpful staff especially Selena, hotel manager. Used the lovely pool & breakfast was great. The lounge area is also clean & lovely. Room is clean & has all the necessities. Thank you Sleep Inn Staff

Older hotel. No coffee maker or iron/ironing board in room - nowhere to hang clothes. Bed is on metal frames that make noise each time you move.

It was a mess and dirty. They also put a hold on my card for incidentals of 100. Which was almost as much as the room
