As a guest, we expected a certain level of comfort and functionality, but unfortunately, the experience fell short in several areas. First, the room was lacking basic furnishings. There was no desk, chair, or couch—nowhere for two 70-year-old adults to sit and relax except for the bed. It is unreasonable and uncomfortable to have to use the bed for everything, including watching TV and simply unwinding at the end of the day. When I inquired at the front desk about getting chairs for the room, I was told that none were available. This lack of seating made our stay far from restful. Not only that there was no closet to hang our clothes and with the lack of furniture, no place to even lay our clothes. This was totally unacceptable. Second, there was no hot water in the bathroom sink and the shower doors would not stay closed, which was both inconvenient and frustrating. We had to resort to stuffing washcloths into the track just to keep the doors shut while showering—something no guest should have to do. Finally, the breakfast service was inconsistent. On one day, the orange juice machine was working; the next, it was out of order—only to be working again the following day. This inconsistency, likely due to a lack of proper supplies rather than a true technical issue, suggests a need for better preparation and stocking of basic amenities. Overall, our stay in this room was very disappointing. For a brand like Sleep Inn we expected a much better standard of comfort and attention

"Refused to stay there! They took my money for nothing and offered no compromise or help"

It was so bad myself and my grandson left. We refused to stay there. Mix up on room only one bed, not the worst of it, I was literally afraid of the site. There was a group of men (6-8) around a truck in parking lot drinking beer. The hallway was dark and dingy with one door looking like it was made of wood planks! Our room was at the very end of this long dingy hallway, wasn't inviting and certainly wasn't well lit, overall did not feel safe. The front desk area looked ok but they waved us down a dark dingy hallway. Upon opening the door to the room it smelled musky and just looked dingy. There was a sofa bed that looked like it was worn out 5 years ago. I refused to put myself or my grandson on that thing. The front desk refused to help me in any way. I asked if they had a better room to offer they said no and even if they had they would have to charge me another $100 for incidentals because the other extra $100 I paid was tied to the first room. We finally walked out and found another hotel. These pictures are EXTREMELY misleading! I am now working with booking.com trying to get my money back. Sleep Inn refuses to help or even offer a compromise. If you are a woman traveling with a very young adult do yourself a favor and do not entertain this site. I will NEVER book another Sleep Inn, and if I don't get my money back my many year relationship with booking.com is over as well.

The dingy dark rooms and hallways. The overall feeling of not being in a safe environment. Putting us at the very end of a long dark hallway furthest from the desk. The unwillingness of staff to help an elderly person with a grandchild who was clearly uncomfortable! Never again

The staff was very rude they took my money lying saying it smelled like weed and we don't even smoke that stuff. I asked a question cause I didn't understand they policy so the lady was very confused herself i ask the next lady that came in the next morning and she had an attitude from the jump like she already knew what was going on was very demanding knocked on our room door at 11 and forced her way in our when we was walking out she didn't give us a chance to walk out the room then saying she smells weed so we couldn't get our deposit back YEAH I WILL NOT BE BACK THERE AND OTHERS WONT EITHER

Pool didn't open until after noon..morning staff kinda rude..afternoon staff delightful..not many vending machines..

Had to leave a day early and the no refund policy needs changed .had to leave for an emergency and she said no exceptions..
