The person at check in was very helpful and courteous. She explained everything thoroughly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. If l had to call something to their attention, it would be to get larger pillows. They were comfortable but just too small for the bed. I would stay there again😁

I know it’s summer time in Myrtle Beach but 200.00 for this room is a little much and then to charge a 100 security deposit that will Take 3 days to fall off is over kill

Needs to be updated and more modern. The pool closes too early.

I booked for 6 nights and my son was there for day in half & asked to leave never to return. I am still waiting on my refund. They called the police for no apparent reason except asking a question.

We have been to this hotel many times in the past and the last couple years it’s gotten worse. This year being the absolute worst. Room smelled like mold from the start. Asked to be moved but they came and sprayed Lysol in the vents in the a/c directly even when we told them we didn’t want any kind of spray. She came right in the room and did it even when we said we didn’t want that. Front desk clerk (don’t remember her name but she had a Jamaican accent) was not very people friendly or customer service oriented at all. She told us (after we asked to be moved) that the 2nd floor was remodeled and had no closets like that was the reason not to move us. Never offered to move us. She said they put people in the first floor that needed closets or stating more than one night. We didn’t even need a closet? She even insisted on us using the ‘humidifier’ in the room to help with the smell. The unit that she was speaking of was not a humidifier it was a ‘dehumidifier’ which I looked up online doesn’t take smells already present away.. that unit is used for damp spaces to help take dampness away. We were there two nights and on the last morning of checkout.. breakfast clearly states 6:30-9:30 there are even signs and says online. We were here for our two year anniversary, and slept in a little got to breakfast at 9am. My husband wanted pancakes and there was no more pancake mix in the machine, He asked the lady attended the breakfast area (Caucasian lady late 60s with short blonde hair) about more pancakes. She said I’m sorry we don’t put out any more pancake mix after 9. She had a very bad bad attitude. He said breakfast is from 6:30-9:30? And she said the pancakes is a ‘courtesy’ and if it runs out by 9 they don’t put more in the machine. It’s the ‘rules’ she said.. if you are the only ones eating pancakes and we have to put a new bag of mix in the machine.. then rules say we have to throw it all away..so we just don’t put anymore out. My husband say how is that our problem when we are getting to breakfast during breakfast hours.. and she kept insisting the pancakes are just a courtesy? No where online or on the hotel does it say pancakes are only available from 6:30-9 or when the packages run out . He went to the front desk and asked the front desk lady and the lady which reiterated what the breakfast lady said ‘it again it was a courtesy for the pancakes’ no where in the hotel has any customer service welcoming vibes at all. Didn’t even care at all. Feels cold, nobody smiles and a very unwelcoming feeling like we were the problem. They didn’t even say thanks for saying.. have a nice day nothing. We work hard and used our points to only be treated like this to spend our anniversary in a place that doesn’t care, smells like mold/mildew and has 0% customer service skills. I’ve worked in customer service for 30 years and I know they should not be in the customer service position or inland they are in the wrong business. Highly disappointed and we will not go to this hotel ever again! Recommend anyone NOT to stay here EVER. Spend your hard earned money or somewhere else worthy.

Not appy aboutbeing chared $100 fee when checked in. Didn't realize it till i waslooking at my Card Account. Will not stay here on return trips to Myrtle Beach

No problems with this lower end hotel. AC works well (critical for Myrtle Beach in the summer) and the bed was reasonably comfortable.

Breakfast was good, just enough to satisfy my hunger.

The television station channels kept going out, so there wasn’t a lot of channels to watch.
