The room was decent bed was too small

They said a 100 deposit and lied and took 250 dollars and still haven't received my deposit back and it's been a week and the manager didn't help she dismissed my concerns. Like I don't understand why it takes 10 days to refund my money back it didn't take you 10 days to take it. I feel if the money can't be returned right then and there then y'all don't need to be taking a deposit or give people the option to pay in cash so it can be returned as soon as we leave definitely won't ever stay here again staff was rude and take unnecessary money out of your account it dangerous what if that was my last money to make it home and I have to wait 2 weeks for it to be returned 0 stars do not recommend staying here ever

The WiFi was very bad. It kept kicking me off and requiring me to sign in again!!!! Ridiculous!!!!!

No tub breakfast was horrible and staff was horrible

Location. Being by the outlets was the o my positive.

The staff were rude and the rooms were outdated.

Arrived at 2 pm to see if we could check-in early. The woman at the desk said, “We don’t start checking in until 3 pm. Came back at 3 pm with line to the door.” We had a single bed room. It was advertised as king size bed but was only a queen. There was no closet to hang clothes. There was no iron or ironing board. No chairs to sit in. There was one small bed size table. The shower door would not stay closed while showering. Has to wedge towel between the door to keep it closed. There was no ice bucket for ice. There was a very foul smell in the room. Water from sink does not get hit, only lukewarm at best. The shower water did get hot which I thought was strange. There was some kind of incident that occurred that required the police to be called. We will not be staying here or at a Sleep Inn again. There was one of the worse hotel experiences we have ever had. Please don’t stay at this hotel.

If I could give 0 out 10 stars I would I checked in at the hotel and got to my room to realize the shower was still dirty from previous use with dirt stains and hair in the bottom of the shower plus hair on the “clean” wash cloths once I seen this I went down to ask the lady at the front desk could this be fixed and she told me no housekeeping were available so I waited til the next morning and spoke with another person who stated they were the manager she told me that she can’t have any one come and clean the mess and was very rude about it when I asked so I tried to ask housekeeping and she bum rushed our private conversation to tell them not to do it!, I had to go buy cleaning product and clean it myself.. I think that has to be the nastiest and most awful customer service ever and I just want people to know how nasty the showers and management are over at sleep inn!
