Riad Sidrat Fes

Честно говоря, мы были под огромным впечатлением. Обстановка и архитектура риада очень красивые, колоритные — такое ощущение, что мы попали в фильм. Каждая деталь продумана, атмосфера невероятная. Сотрудники — отдельная история. Профессиональные, внимательные, заботливые. Ещё до заселения они отвечали на все вопросы, подробно рассказали, в какую точку заказать такси, чтобы до риада было удобно и быстро дойти, и прислали схему, как пройти. По прибытии нас тепло встретили, сразу предложили мятный чай и шоколадный кекс, оформили заселение и всё подробно объяснили (важный момент: риад закрывается в 11, после этого все гости отдыхают — это нужно учитывать). Номера вызвали восторг — всё продумано до мелочей, есть все удобства. Особенно хочется отметить отзывчивость сотрудников. Мы вечером захотели поехать в Шефшауэн, было уже поздно, но Мерьем всё равно договорилась с водителем, и уже утром нас повезли на экскурсию. Также сотрудники помогли вызвать машину до вокзала — общение с ними оставило только тёплые чувства. Завтраки в риаде вкусные. А ещё есть выход на крышу, откуда видно всю старую медину — по вечерам мы пили там мятный чай со сладостями, и всё это за счёт риада. Очень душевно. Расположение удобное: рядом рынок, вокруг много кафе и ресторанов. Огромное спасибо всей команде за такой приём!

Beautiful riad in a great location near the top of one of the main streets of the Medina and only a short walk from the carpark. Well maintained and clean. Breakfast was fantastic and there was so much. Lots of different delicious local breads, omelette, fruit , yoghurt , fresh juice and great coffee. Meryem and Mohammed looked after us beautifully. Good a/c.

Riad Sidrat is an amazing place to stay and I can't recommend it highly enough. Firstly it is a beautiful riad and in a good location to explore the Medina from. Yet the main thing here is the staff. They are all super friendly, kind, and helpful, all of which made our stay extra special. They will go out of their way to make sure you have an enjoyable stay, will help you book excursions and dinners, and keep you well fed in the mornings and full of mint tea throughout the day. If we have the pleasure of visiting Fes again, this is the only place we will now stay and recommend.

Nothing, but worth noting that accessibility is low due to all the stairs, and that you may have to walk a few minutes to get to it from a taxi drop off.

Very nice breakfast room.

We got a room on the ground floor and people were sitting in front of our window having a tee or breakfast. Anyway, this was not a big problem for us since it is not possible to look inside the room when the window is closed.

Very kind and helpful staff. The place and breakfast were amazing but trust me, I believe this was a really good place and definitely worth it.

The chair was a bit broken in the room but I think it was just a small thing that was bad.
