Riad Sidrat Fes

Great short stay in traditional Riad very central to Medina and common attractions. Friendly, accomodating staff too.

1-) The Riad ONLY accepts CASH for all transactions. It's confusing that Booking.com allows reservations with a credit card but doesn't specify that the Riad is cash-only. I had planned and brought a specific amount of cash for my trip, and the cash-only policy disrupted my budget. I think they should explicitly tell customers that no credit/debit cards are accepted. 2-) I found my room a bit small, even for a solo traveler. There was no bathroom or shower inside the room; I had to go outside and pass two public stairs to reach it. This wasn't a big deal for me as a solo traveler, but it might be uncomfortable for others. 3-) The room had no small fridge, which I feel is because the room is tiny and there's no space for it. 4-) The price for that particular solo room should be lower when compared to others.

Amazing stay at Riad Sidrat Fes! The Riad is positioned in the heart of the Medina and we could not have asked for anything better! Meriem and all the staff welcomed us with such kindness and helped us throughout our stay, making us feel truly at home (We are really grateful for the help and support you gave us during a difficult moment). The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with amazing traditional specialties every morning. Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated with authentic charm. Without any doubt, this is the BEST riad in Fes by far. We will definitely come back!!!!! Highly recommended!
