I appreciate the aesthetic. It’s modern and hip compared to other chain hotels, not just in the area but across the nation. I do believe a little investment to make guest feel on vacation is the best!

no microwave available for room make it hard to keep going down to the main desk to ask to heat up food and by the time we took back to our room it was cold again.

I loved how the rooms were so quiet, but you could find life outside your door downstairs at the restaurant or bar. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Rooms were super clean. And, most of all, I love the nature vibe and clean energy of the hotel - rooms were appointed with natural wood decor and soft accents and outside was filled with beautiful flowers and trees. It was a bit of a haven in the middle of Santa Cruz. It was also walking distance to shops, restaurants and the Wharf!

I have no recommendations, everything was great!

Nice room, nice swimming pool and jacuzzi. We walked to Santa Cruz board walk, was a little bit far but doable.

Modern decor. Clean and newly redone

Unexpected fee of $30 a night just to park in their parking lot. In a garage, ok, in their unfenced lot. A gouge for sure that was not listed on Booking.com and should be reimbursed. Also the pillows were like logs. Way too large and hard. Cool ambiance
