Pool and hot tub area are great!

Booked a suite and that was not available at check in. We were given two rooms with a connecting door. As a mom traveling with two kids, would have preferred a suite. Was told by front desk that Booking.com sold it, and it was not available.

"Hotel has great potential if it fixes the maintenance and operations issues"

Staff were great, hotel was clean and a convenient location.

Heating, Tv didn’t work; toilet seat loose, open light in shower. Not enough towels provided. The all glass front walls were also unusual and made privacy a challenge

"ANTS IN ROOM - GHOSTED FROM MANAGER"

Woke in the morning to find ants in our room on the floor in our clothes and trainers. Contacted reception who were lovely and then asked to speak to a manager Christian Rivera. Who was very nice and told me they took these things seriously and would be back in touch - GHOSTED! No reply to further emails, no reply to further phone calls to the hotel. Ignored to this day. Customer service is everything … AVOID … It could have been a simple fix by email or a further conversation.

Vibe, Style, location

Had issue at check in, md I wish staff could be taught to say to someone waiting ‘I’ll be right with you’ when a customer they are serving is chatting away! it goes a v long way as a gesture.
