Positives, room 51 a view as good as you can get with whirlpool bath. Staff very friendly although not all competent. When booking I asked for a specific champagne and flowers, this was missed. They did do rose petals and an awful bottle of Prosecco, not 5*. The parking instructions were awful. The breakfast was poor - continental offering woeful, scrambled egg with tomato was something I would not want to taste again. The room, despite the fabulous view, was tired, dated and cluttered. The day before we checked out we informed of collection time for our car. The car was not there (parked off site valet paring at €27 euro per night) we were put into a taxi to their sister hotel to collect. We were not assisted to the underground car park, we then had to exit in a car lift. We had a large car, English driver, and it was a nervous experience that we had not paid for. A far from pleasant experience. So, I am sorry I don’t share the other reviews but if you are looking for a quality experience you will not find it here. It trades on location and views, and in reality nothing else. Avoid.

En realidad me gusto todo, empezando por el trato espectacular que hemos recibido durante toda la estancia, han estado atentos a cada una de nuestras necesidades y siempre con una sonrisa. Sobretodo la chica de recepción, es encantadora y eficiente y acabando con la habitación en general y sus vistas en particular, la ubicación es perfecta, en el centro de todo, playa,restaurantes,supermercados,..puedes ir caminando a todos sitios. Nada tiene desperdicio.

On arrival was offered a cold drink which was nice. Room was small but view was amazing. No pool - just a plunge pool - and 4 sunbeds on the roof top. Breakfast wasn’t that impressive for a 5 star hotel. I was there for 5 days - ate for 4 days and on all occasions my ordered breakfast was cold. Only one person serving and they tried their best. Didn’t eat at night time as breakfast was poor. Hotel in a great location but I personally don’t think it’s a 5 star hotel. If you wanted a spa treatment the receptionist would have to ring to get someone in for you. I won’t be going back as I don’t think it’s value for money.

Overlooked the sea

Unclean & dated small room. Bath jacuzzi jets kept going off randomly all night and morning. Roof top spa is freezing. No clean tables for breakfast, cutlery dirty and dirty glasses. Blinds didn’t go down so very hot. After asking 3 times for out breakfast we left. Very rude staff member (the older blonde waitress)! No management even though we went to the front desk to complain still nothing was done or even asked if we wanted breakfast! Disgusting service. What a let down.

Hotel situation is excellent,we had breakfast every morning for our 4 day trip,very high quality,all personal are of the highest standard,shoutout to waiter juan he took care of is for our evening meal

Upon arrival nice glass of Prosecco for my partner and I had to wait ten minutes for my lager, reception had to chase the bar lady. Room was ok but small and the jacuzzi bath kept making noises all night even though we had not touched it. Breakfast this is where things get interesting. We asked for a table to be cleared and after waiting 15 minutes decided to remove the dirty plates from one to another. On seeing this the young waitress she ran over and put a fresh cover and cutlery down. The old lady who we asked first then started to scowl at us as maybe we should have waited another 15 minutes? The young waitress then brought us some juice and continental. We were sat there a total of 50 minutes and we asked 3 times if we could order breakfast which was a bit awkward. We advised reception they said they would sort it and yet nothing. The young waitress was great when we asked her we seen her go and advise the older one we wanted to order yet she shook her head. We left without breakfast advised management of our displeasure and they just told us to email our complaints. Could be a nice hotel if managed correctly but unfortunately this one is not. A touch of class in Benidorm. Beautiful location/views/staff & ambiance. Greeted with chilled Cava and treats upon arrival in our stunning room. Juan is a ‘gem’ always greeting you with a smile at breakfast, food delicious and the orange juice is the real deal. Very accommodating. The hotel always smells beautifully clean and room facilities first class. Fresh bottled water left in room each day and great having a fridge. Shower stunning! Trust the reviews…we are keen travellers and this place is up there! The perfect location to enjoy the whole Benidorm experience with a touch of luxury…we look forward to coming back.

Hotel was clean and staff were lovely and very helpful. Rooftop terrace was lovely for sunbathing and spa area was lovely too. Lovely little touches on arrival and en suite in room was very luxurious. Location is good and close to the old town and tapas alley etc. Beds very comfortable.

No pool which would be lovely in the summer. Although the rooftop terrace is lovely, it's very small so would be really busy in summer I imagine. Breakfast was probably 6/10 but there is a lot of choice.
