Friendly, relaxed and attentive staff (Juan and Jose this evening). Quality meat, the lamb was delicious! Comfy beds and clean rooms.

The perfect location for a sea view right on the cliff and to relax peacefully in luxury after exploring the streets of busy Benidorm.

Stunning view from our room, bed extremely comfortable and breakfast both choice and presentation exceptional.

For us we would have liked the gym to have opened before 1000

The hotel is in a perfect position with glorious views across the bay, we were lucky enough to have a balcony which was wonderful. The staff and service cannot be faulted, the room was superb. The spa is very small, there are only 4 sunbeds and a very small splash pool. Dave & Vicki Holloway

We had incredible stay at the Villa Venecia. Room was amazing and the breakfast service was outstanding (especially Juan always welcoming you with a smile). Amazing weekend away with my partner.

the following were very good due to second stay. location of hotel. reception staff excellent. clean. Rooms soundproof so important. Although very small rooms they were clean and well appointed.

breakfast. service was poor due to some staff refusing to speak English. Tables were not cleared and relaid at breakfast quickly, customer kept waiting whilst they cleared tables. tables were left for long periods. 3 staff did all the work whilst other did not. One member of staff chose to ignore us and would not take breakfast order. Language. seem to be a problem. Somedays room were not cleaned until 4.30pm. Not enough room for clothes etc storage for long stay as rooms are small.

Lovely hotel facing the sea. Only stayed for a bit but I couldn’t fault the staff or the cleanliness. Drink on arrival which was a lovely touch. I’d like to say a massive thank you to Mohammed who was so attentive and welcoming. He really looked after me with his caring nature. The hotel is very lucky to have him.

Great hotel. Lovely views over Levante bay. First class food, with friendly very efficient waiters like Juan, Jose, and Nathaniel. They were so helpful. Claudia made us very welcome when we arrived, small problem with room but she sorted it out for us immediately. We had a very pleasant stay and will return. Would have been nice to have a balcony but our view from the room made up for it.
