Stay here regularly, ideally situated for access to Parma and highways

Plenty of on-site parking. Friendly, helpful receptionist... we asked for a recommendation for a restaurant in the city centre. We were given 2 suggestions and a map and he ordered us a taxi which arrived in less than 5 minutes. The city centre is lovely and the restaurant we tried was fabulous. Good choice st breakfast. Only negative comment is the mattress and pillows were rather hard. Otherwise a perfect overnight stay.

The rooms are big and comfortables. The personnel is nice and well prepared to deal with the customers. The Internet service should be improved. Fantastic breakfast and restaurant.

Very nice business-type hotel. It would normally have easy freeway access, but the main entrance driveway was blocked for construction. When we called in, the staff said to try the alternate entrance on another road, but they should have been ready with an address we could plug into the GPS to allow it to guide us there. Fortunately, there were two of us and one person eyeballed the GPS map and guided the driver.

Short stay, very pleasant. Good restaurant, comfortable rooms and lobby. Close to town and shopping.

Close to the center of Parma (if you have a car) . In that sense very convenient location. Good hotel.
