Excellent hotel. Lovely food and staff. Stayed here before and always enjoyed it. Would recommend to anyone (for business, family or solo trips) looking for a quiet, peaceful, clean, friendly and great value hotel.

This hotel has many plus points. Friendly staff, good food, nice room and clean. They are very dog friendly too which we liked. Just a few niggles. The bathroom could use a black out roller blind, as the thin voile curtains don’t feel like they offer enough privacy at night with the playing field opposite. Also when we came back from dinner the room had a sewage smell. We wonder if the drains were dry from a long spell of non use. The air con soon dispersed the smell and it did not return. Proximity to the moterway is a plus, although Parma town centre is a taxi ride away for those who want to explore the centre. We would stay again as extremely convenient and comfortable enough for the price

Noisy air conditioning

Personally, I love the cold, industrial aesthetic. They hide that aspect on the online photos but it is my favorite part.

Good location if you have a car. Excellent breakfast. The first room we were given was not very nice. They kindly moved us to another much nicer room. The pillows and bed are very hard. Softer pillows were provided to us upon request.

Great location. There were several good restaurants close by. The train station was just a few minutes away.

Were happy with the room, it was clean, and breakfast was amazing.
