Toiletbrættet sad løst. Døren var meget svær at låse op. Der var ikke superrent på badeværelset. Der var kun en simpel køkkenstol på værelset, og vi var to personer. Gulvlampen var ødelagt og kunne ikke stå lige oprejst. Kunne kun slukkes ved at tage stikket ud. Hotellet har fire stjerner. - Burde have to.

I wish I had read the reviews in more detail before booking. don’t understand how they say they are a 4 star hotel and have a 8+ review. The hotel is very outdated with small rundown rooms. Their AC is barely running if at all. I had to make several requests to get someone to help with the AC and it took them 5 days to fix. The person at the front desk kept on insisting it was working. It wasn’t until the maintenance staff came to our room and realized it was 27c that they had a problem. Opening the window to cool down only brought in mosquitoes. There were a few nice people (Petra? and Elizabeth) who were great. The location requires either a 30 minute walk into town or a 20 euro return trip. Nothing is near by. Please avoid this mess unless you like poor service, small run down dirty rooms and no AC.
