Location

The photos of the family rooms are misleading as there are 2 types of family rooms which is not mentioned . There were 3 adults in our party and we thought we had a room with a separate double bedroom but we had a room with everyone in the 1 room. When we checked in and explained this to reception the staff member was not helpful. Spoke to a different staff member the following morning who was much more helpful and managed to change our room
