Amazing stay..... condo was fully equipped , quiet and had great views on the slopes

The staff was incredible from the moment we stepped onto the property. The front desk personnel were pleasant ad able to answer all my questions about the area and things to do. The clubhouse has been updated and is gorgeous. Our condo was older and not as updated, but VERY comfortable, clean, and made the trip amazing. We were able to watch all the skiers and snowboarders from our den area. Joni at the front desk gave us some great tips about the area and was a real pleasure. We hated to leave we had such a memorable time!!

Visiting Aspen this time of year resulted in a great value on this condo. Beautiful unit, well stocked and totally comfortable. Only complaint was that a number of the overhead light bulbs were burned out. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was dusty including the kitchen counter, and it smelled dusty, too. There were old area rugs on the floor that were dusty and dirty, ripped, and rolling up on the edges causing a tripping hazard. There was a scrap of carpet rolled up in front of the access door to the deck from the dining room - I assume to replace a piece of carpet in the living room that had a burn on it. Four of the lamps in the 2 secondary bedrooms did not have lamp shades - they were just missing. One of the wall lamps was falling out of the wall. 3 light bulbs were burned out in different lamps. One lamp in the living room as not even plugged in. Maintenance came by and replaced 1 light bulb, plugged in one lamp, and brought 2 of the 4 missing lampshades. They said they would come back with more light bulbs and lamp shades for the other bedroom, but they never did. There was no bedskirt on one of the beds - just the exposed boxed springs. The faucet in the kitchen was falling off and after maintenance "fixed" it, the faucet would not move to the other sink where the disposal is located (double sink). A shelf in the refrigerator was broken so we were unable to use that shelf. 2 sets of blinds would not work, including the one that would open to access the door to the deck off of the master bedroom. There were no washcloths in the bathrooms. Also, when I checked out, the man at the front desk didn't seem to care at all.

Overall experience was amazing. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The accommodation was very spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated. We took advantage of the jet hot tub outdoors after hiking the Maroon Bells trails. Only complain we have are 1) toilet seat in the main bathroom was not fastened securely and may need to be replaced. 2) The sliding door the the master bathroom was difficult. They were very minor and we didn't call maintenance about it. We would absolutely stay here again.

This place is great.comfy as home. staff is wonderful.

Recently renovated apartment, however the building and facilities seemed dated. Apartment had all amenities we needed. Close to the Snowmass Mall and Base Village. The staff and employees were very friendly and helpful.
