Great location, space and above and beyond fantastic service

Unit needs carpet removed, put in hardwood floors, and update appliances.

The property is really great. The pool was wonderful,for my boys. Plus no reservation needed. They were able to spend a couple of hours each afternoon in the pool.

Property was supposed to be deep cleaned due to covid. The linens were fresh and the bathroom was as clean as hotel bathrooms typically are. There were crumbs on the table and a used bandaid on the mantle as examples of the poor cleaning prior to arrival. The living area was not well attended too.

Great location at the top of the mountain. Easy access to the slopes. Had a maintenance issue that lasted through our stay. Heater busted upstairs and leaked into our unit. Called but no one came to clean up the mess. The repairs lasted two days and consisted of jack hammering concrete. All the dust and debris that came from the ceiling was left for us to deal with. No communication from the office and when we checked out and expressed our disappointment we were told, “well these are interesting times.” No apologize or any type of consideration. Avoid this management company.

We were disappointed with the temperature controls in the bedrooms and the window coverings. Many of the window coverings did not work. It was hard to have both bedrooms at a temperature that made it easy to sleep, either too hot or too cold. The unit we stayed in last year was wonderful and we expected the same.

It was great place to stay. Very convenient location to ski in/ski out. They have shuttle service to drive us to Snowmass mall and grocery store. They have bbq grill @ balcony, so we cooked great burger for lunch. To Downtown Aspen, you can take free bus service from Snowmass mall. Staffs were all nice and helpful. Only complaint I have is that noise on heater, because it woke us up in the middle of night. Otherwise, we enjoy our stay. 😊

Excellent ski in ski out location. Spacious well designed apartment. The shuttle is amazing every time you call they are there within couple minutes. Friendly courteous drivers always!! Love this place!

We had an amazing stay. Everything about our visit was great. In fact, the condo we stayed in was much nicer in person than it was in the online photos. Our particular 3 bedroom rental had really great custom king size bunk beds for the kids. The master bathroom shower also functioned as a steam room. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. Each room had a ceiling fan or a floor fan to use to circulate air within the rooms. We had more than enough seating to fit 8 people in the dining room/kitchen or living area. The beds were comfortable and the condo had plenty of extra soft blankets for the kids to use. The only recommendation would be to update the dvd system to blue ray. We brought movies for the kids to watch, but the dvd player would not work. But the good news is that the tv in the living room was a smart tv and we were able to connect to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Vudu to watch movies, so we didn't need the dvd player after all. The pool at the facility was nice and heated, but could use more seating. Overall, we could not have asked for a better stay.
