Air cond not working and Hotel refused to change a room for me

Shared table for breakfast, limited choice of food, a little bit noisy inside the room, not bright enough for working at night, without sign for check out queuing up....

it is a really old hotel with poor facilities and over priced.

Hotel room was quiet and met my standards. Whilst the hotel isn't in the city center, it's very accessible being next to a metro station.

I book hotel in USA ,California. The room 906 is small , Water need to push heat water but not too many people know. We think is automatic usually have hot water. So WHen I take shower , no hot water because I do not know need push hot water bottom outside the bathroom.

I had a late check in, but the entrance to the hotel was grand. The restroom included a stand in shower as well as a sit in tub. The taxi ride to the airport was a full 30 minutes without traffic at 5:30 a.m. The concierge was helpful in determining at what time I would need to leave to make it to the airport and they called the taxi for the early morning pickup. The cost $110 RMB. The hotel doesn't take any foreign credit card form of payment, so if you order room service, frequent the hotel bars, etc., be prepared to pay in local currency at check out.

The bathtub water drain too slow. The shower water always come out from bathtub, suggest the curtain should be a little bit longer. And the bath room floor should have right slop to make water go to drain system, not all over the bath room.

Overall good, but there were a couple of issues in the room. The shower water pressure was very weak and the TV transmission kept being interrupted.

Good hotel for the price. Drinks and food expensive!

NIce hotel, friendly staff with just enough English for me. One of the best Hotel Gym's I have ever seen. I would definetly choose this hotel again
