Excellent location, 1 min walk from underground station

It was long wait for my check in and check out. I got 2 emails from hotels.com about room confirmation. However, they said they couldn’t find any room under my name. It was 2 night stay so hotel somehow arranged room for me. I have already paid my room money in hotels.com but my deposit amount is still on pending in grand Mercure. Reservations department said they trying to contact hotels.com and So am I. Overall, my stay in hotel was good though I am not happy with my reservation and I am waiting for my deposit money back .

I paid for two breakfast for one room, but hotel only confirmed one breakfast per room. After negotiation and complain, they changed..

it is a nice hotel locating next to mtr, with reasonable price, quiet neighborhood, and lots of food stalls/restaurants nearby underground. Room is clean, air-cond is good, and staff are ok. However, toilet lights are too dim, there is some old mold stain found in bathtub area! Hot water takes long time to turn hot, bed is a bit soft for us. TV internet channels was very unstable and we came across many pauses! We smelt strong cigarette smell on 5/F, the beauty/spa saloon floor. Luckily, our room is smoke-smell free. Anyway, we like this hotel and will choose it again if we come to this area again.

Just fresh off from staying at this hotel - 1. Location is good for my purpose, which is to be close to the metro. Its on the immediate exit of Zhuzilin(B2). 2. Local food stalls/shops found along streets behind the hotel which was handy too. 3. Room is of reasonable size, and cleanliness of high standards. 4. Staff all round also could not be faulted. A good stay for me, and will certainly return when opportunity presents.

Convenient location I Shenzhen

A convenient located hotel, though bit dated and under construction, serves its purpose. Staff was really helpful, the room decor and amenities are ok.

Convenient location because metro station is very near. Thanks for extending check out time, however, the door could not be open after 12:00 please extend the period of whole room service next time.

Overall stay was excellent with the minor inconvenient of not having a swimming pool is a setback for my stay. It happened that the pool was closed 2 days prior my arrival for renovation.
