Convenient location , just right outside the mrt station. But need to walk around 15 mins to the nearest shopping mall.

"Almost perfect except TV."

I booked a room with bay view. It was so big so nicely decorated to perfection. Location is great next to mrt with many good local restaurants. Bar is good with nice smiles all round. Staff are very friendly. Service is good as I called them twice for my TV which didn't have picture and faulty remote control. The service lady came in 5mins each time. Only problem is that when I try to get TV to work I press many buttons resulted in movie channels being switched on as it is in default position. I was hence charged a fee on checking out.

Very comfortable and nicely furnished room. I really liked the all you can eat outdoor barbeque--it was reasonable priced and delicious. The breakfast buffet was very good except that the tables were not cleared quickly enough during busy times. Location was great, right at an exit to the metro and just a couple of stops away from some of the attractions of Shenzhen. Very good value.

A very enjoyable stay at the Grand Mercure Shenzhen. Located conveniently close to shops & restaurants the hotel was very comfortable & the staff there were very helpful & efficient. I would come back again.
