Seriously one of the most amazing checked in ever I was very exhausted they made it easy and fast thank you so much Serena this girl is amazing and super friendly and welcoming I had a real good time there

Very good price for such a clean and big hotel

Terrible! I can't believe it is a 5-star hotel and nobody speaks English. It took me hours to understand how the internet works. Once it worked, it connected but so slow that I could not get any emails. Service is terrible. I do not recommend this Hotel.

Good location for Metro station at reasonable rates

Nice hotel in a business district. The room is decent and the front office staff are efficient and English speaking. Very convinient as the metro station is right in front. Not many eateries nearly though.

Overall ok, rooms are pretty dated and no sitting area at lobby at all....

Great value for money. Very convenient location. This hotel is right outside the metro station. Very friendly reception staff - Miss Yang. She upgraded our room. Very much appreciated. The room size are beyond expectations. Overall cleanliness is at expectations. It seems like the hotel is undergoing progressive renovations. As we walked out the elevator, we saw the left wing has another set of carpets and seemingly more updated door. Our room is on the right wing. The room that we got is definitely one of the older rooms. It has plenty of plugs but none contains an USB hub. Front desk staff Miss Yang sorted this out for us. Appreciated again. Although carpets and curtains are clean, they are quite old and a bit smelly, so they seems not as clean as they actually are. The orange couch in our room looks so old that its colour has partially faded to the point where it looks dirty. It’s a little inconvenient to close the blinds behind the tv/desk as there are cables kicking in the way. Also, dust and dirt were piling on the right edge of the metal bar of the the huge window behind the tv. This is very minor. I bet no one would ever checked. I did because I was trying to close the curtain. All other amenities are sufficient. There’s a 24 hours KFC nearby, about 5 min walk. For the same price, I would prefer a smaller but a much newer room. Regardless, very much appreciate the space of our upgraded room. I would definitely rate it 5 stars if my upgraded room is recently renovated.
